Requirements
- Responsible for creating and overseeing production of video and audio content for a variety of media outlets.
- Analysis of video trends and audience expectations, ensuring the team produces cutting-edge content with high level of production standards.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of video production processes, from pre-production to post-production.
- Schedule and organise shoots effectively, ensuring smooth production workflows.
- Advanced level in operating and handling professional cameras (e.g. A7S, etc) lighting and sound equipment.
- Direct shoots effectively guiding and educating stakeholders no familiar with video production requirements.
- Manage and coordinate production and editing schedule meeting deadlines at high standards.
- Proficient on storytelling and pacing to create engaging, audience-focused edits.
- Proficient on handling sound design, colour grading, and other elements required for technical and creative excellence.
- Proficient in video editing software and hardware.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years production experience.
- Advanced technical degree (BSc, MSc, etc) and / or qualifications on media and video production.
- Creative storytelling, planning and developing video projects
- Managing budgets and timelines.
- Organizing and leading production teams.
- Directing and managing shooting schedules.
- Strong video editing and production skills including editing videos and applying special effects.
- Creative and technical video production skills.
- Ability to work independently

Legal Counsel / Partner

- Legal counsel and partner focused on regulated advisory, corporate finacne, lending, fintech, media and education.
- UK finance solicitor, specialized in finance practice, holding formal qualification/s SRA meeeting FCA/PRA compliance.
- Admitted to the Roll (Law Society) and with current practising certificate in order.
Responsibilities
- Lead on legal issues related to regulated advisory, corporate finance, lending, fintech, media and education.
- Management and oversight of legal and compliance matters (e.g. finance, fintech, media and education).
- Advise and guide on a range of financial instruments, vehicles and transactions; including funds (VC/PE/Debt), fundraising (equity and lending), acquisitions / M&A, investments and divestments.
- Advise and guide clients on listing and admission to formal financial markets (e.g. LSE, AIM, AQSE, etc) with a focus on requirements, processes and compliance.
- Advice, preparation and review of prospectuses, pitch decks, business plans and related fundraising and investment documents: term sheets, shareholders agreements, bond and share issues (prospectus) and lending / loan contracts.
- Manage, review and supervise compliance on existing and prospective investors: investor relations and communications, financial promotions, document provisions and fundraises (e.g. AML, KYC, due diligence, etc).
